A few spots · by conversation only.
One on one… for the ones carrying a lot.
Private mentorship and custom immersions for people who need more than another opinion, another formula, or advice borrowed from someone else's life.
Sometimes an answer helps. Sometimes a deeper understanding is needed first.
Some of you are founders and leaders… wired differently, building things, quietly tired of being misread by the people you love and the teams you lead.
And some of you don't have a title for what you carry. You're just the strong one. The one everyone calls. The one who's done the therapy, read the books, holds everyone… and still ends most days feeling like nobody's actually got you.
Both of you are why this exists.
Call it whatever your world calls it…
Mentorship. Consulting. Facilitation. Sometimes a retreat. Pick the word that fits for you. None of them has ever felt completely true to me.
What matters is understanding what is actually happening, seeing what has been difficult to see from inside it, and helping you do something useful with what we find.
Sometimes the work is about leadership or business. Sometimes it is communication, a relationship, capacity, identity, alignment, or a life that no longer fits the way it once did. Usually those things are more connected than they first appear.
Built around one.
There is no fixed curriculum. There is a shape to the work.
We begin with what is happening now, what you want to understand or change, and how much space you realistically have to give it. From there, I shape the engagement around the person… not the other way around.
We look at the patterns underneath the immediate question, how they show up in your relationships and decisions, what your current capacity can hold, and what needs to change outside the room.
The work is custom. The process isn't random.
I don't offer standalone calls. I design private engagements.
The shape of the work.
The map is only one lens. The work usually moves through some version of this:
SEE YOURSELF
Understand what is actually happening beneath the thing you first came in to discuss. Validation Languages may help name how you recognize being received… and where you have been making yourself wrong for needing it.
TRANSLATE
We look at how you reach the people around you, what the same words may mean inside their experience, and where intention and impact have quietly separated.
REBUILD CAPACITY
We look honestly at what you are carrying, what your current capacity can hold, and where survival has quietly become a permanent operating model.
ALIGN
We look at the relationships, work, commitments, business, and life you have built. What still fits? What is being endured? What is true now?
EXPERIENCE BEING HELD
The work does not happen only in your head. The relationship and the room matter. You should not have to be the strongest person in this room too.
PRACTICE WHAT CHANGES
Have the conversation. Make the request. Set the boundary. Make the decision. Build the rhythm, relationship, or structure that can support what you now understand.
Capacity is an explanation, never an obligation.
What the work may include.
The work may begin with a business decision and lead into a relationship. It may begin with capacity and uncover grief, responsibility, identity, or a life that no longer fits.
We follow what is connected without turning every part of you into a separate problem.
Relationships are often part of the work… even when only one person is in the room.
This work can become deeply personal, and at times it may feel therapeutic. But it is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical care, or crisis support. The container is private mentorship and facilitated personal work. When something requires clinical support, I say so and help identify the right kind of professional involvement.
What can change…
You understand what is actually asking for your attention.
You make the decision you have been circling.
You ask more clearly for what you need… and hear more clearly what someone else has been trying to tell you.
You recognize the difference between responsibility and carrying what was never yours.
You notice when your capacity is disappearing before collapse becomes the only thing that stops you.
Your work, relationships, and choices begin to align with what is true now… not only with the person you once had to become.
The goal is not to make you dependent on this room. It is to help you build relationships, work, and a life capable of holding more of who you are.
What I bring to the room.
I've built and sold companies, led brands and teams, sat in executive seats, lost nearly everything, rebuilt, led retreats, and spent more than a decade holding groups and working privately with people through complicated seasons.
None of that means I know your answer.
It means very little of what you bring will make me rush to simplify you, judge you, or turn your life into a formula. Very little of it will scare me or make me stop being curious.
Private mentorship.
Private work begins as a defined engagement… not a collection of individual calls.
We create enough continuity to understand what is happening, work with it, and see what changes once you return to your relationships, decisions, and actual life.
The shape, rhythm, and length depend on the person, their goals, their circumstances, and the time and capacity they have to give the work.
The work needs enough continuity to matter.
Sometimes the work needs a different container.
A conversation can reveal a lot. But sometimes the pace and surroundings of ordinary life are part of what makes it difficult to hear yourself clearly.
For those moments, I design private immersions and retreats around the person and the work.
They may involve a few focused days together, somewhere chosen for a reason, with additional practitioners involved when their experience would genuinely serve the process.
The retreat is one part of the engagement… not an isolated event.
We prepare beforehand so the experience has direction. We continue afterward because whatever becomes clear needs somewhere to go once ordinary life returns.
Somewhere with trees.
Where the work happens.
I'm based near Edmonton, Alberta, and work privately with people in different parts of the world. Ongoing work can happen remotely. Private immersions may take place here or elsewhere, depending on the person, the work, privacy, access, logistics, and the kind of environment that would genuinely support it.
Over the years, I've built relationships with trusted facilitators and practitioners in different places. When another person's expertise would genuinely help, I can assemble and coordinate the right people around the engagement.
Nothing is added for spectacle.
How it starts…
Everything begins with a private conversation.
If there is a fit, I'll recommend and design the simplest engagement I believe can properly support the work. That may be an ongoing period of private mentorship, or a custom immersion with preparation and integration built around it.
You'll receive the proposed shape, timing, people involved, and full investment before deciding.
For immersions, travel, lodging, venue, and outside-practitioner costs are outlined separately. You will know the full scope and investment before agreeing to anything.
I work with a small number of people at a time because the work requires attention before, during, and between the conversations.
